These terms govern your use of PKR98's Android app and web version. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use PKR98. You are responsible for confirming that real-money gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction before playing.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PKR98 operates on a one-account-per-person basis; duplicate accounts created from the same device or details may be suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or source used for deposit, as an anti-fraud safeguard. Bonus balances - including welcome offers and the referral reward - may carry a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Referral Program

The referral reward (currently Rs 500) is paid only once a referred account has deposited at least the minimum threshold (currently Rs 500) and wagered at least the minimum threshold (currently Rs 5000) specified in the current promotion. PKR98 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds and reward amounts, verify referral activity, and withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity, including self-referral or fake accounts.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use PKR98 for any unlawful purpose, use bots, scripts or automated tools, attempt to interfere with platform security, or operate multiple accounts. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

Responsible Gaming

PKR98 is intended for entertainment. We encourage all players to set a personal budget, avoid chasing losses, and treat the platform as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

Ownership of Content

All content, branding and game assets within PKR98 belong to PKR98 or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Where Liability Ends

PKR98 is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses incurred through gameplay, third-party payment provider delays, cryptocurrency network issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms Can Change

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PKR98 after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
